The Senior Director of Operations is a senior enterprise leader responsible for driving performance, discipline, and continuous improvement across Winland’s manufacturing network. This role serves as the architect and integrator of operational excellence, aligning site execution, data, technology, and financial outcomes to deliver Winland’s Mission, Vision, and Values. This leader owns the development and deployment of standardized operating systems, KPI governance, plant health, cost performance, and enterprise-wide improvement programs — ensuring every site has a clear glidepath to safety, quality, delivery, and cost excellence. This is a builder role: someone who thrives in complexity, brings structure where none exists, and turns data into disciplined action.
