Facilities Operations & Performance Manager Overview of our role: 12 Month Fixed-Term opportunity. You will lead a high-impact, multi-state Facilities portfolio across VIC & QLD—owning performance, driving service excellence, and influencing how workplaces operate day-to-day. Working closely with stakeholders and service partners, you will bring a strong commercial lens, elevate standards, and shape smarter, more efficient ways of working. With a strong commercial focus, you'll drive smarter outcomes across budgets, compliance, and service delivery. You will occasionally oversee the delivery of FM‑led minor capital works through the team and service providers, with major capital projects managed by the Property / Projects function.
