Assistant House Manager – North Shore (Roseville) We are seeking a values-driven, compassionate, and empathetic Assistant House Manager to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Roseville . This is a hands-on leadership role supporting both our housemates and a committed team of support workers, within a warm, person-centred home environment. About the Role: As the Assistant House Manager, you will assist in leading a dedicated team providing high-quality support to three special young women with complex behaviours . Support is delivered both in the home and within the community, and is guided by each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. Activities may include shopping, café visits, attending appointments, and supporting visits with family, as well as daily living and personal care supports.
