Classification: Full time Duration: Permanent: Location: Remote: Responsibilities: - Under limited supervision, responsible for building and testing clinical information system processes - Interacts professionally with leadership, faculty and staff and provides leadership and training - Collaborates with Epic Radiant analysts and counterparts from other applications to meet development and implementation objectives for assigned Epic applications - Effectively manages competing and changing priorities - Serves as project lead for key initiatives, including performing project management duties - Develops, documents, and adheres to internal procedures used with related applications and systems - Presents recommended system enhancement opportunities and creative technical solutions for clinic-related scenarios - Creates test scripts, timelines, and plans for application and workflow changes; performs testing of clinical information system configuration and processes; coordinates testing of application changes - Monitors, investigates, troubleshoots, resolves tickets; serves as liaison between users and vendors - Monitors and troubleshoots Epic Interface error work queues - Collects, in...
