Position Title: Intern – Behavioral Health (Flat Rate) Location: Bloomington Hospital, Bloomington, IN: Shift: Part-Time: Position Overview: The Intern in Behavioral Health supports patient involvement in treatment and education through participation in individual, group, and family counseling activities. This role involves collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure patients receive timely, safe, and resource-appropriate services. The Intern assists with psycho-educational groups, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management, while gaining valuable experience in a clinical behavioral health setting. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate patient engagement in treatment and educational activities. Support individual, group, and family counseling sessions under supervision. Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to promote coordinated care. Assist in providing resources and education to patients and families. Support psycho-educational groups and implement therapeutic interventions based on multidisciplinary collaboration.
