BI Manager

Job description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear insights into operational, financial, and customer performance. Collaborate: closely with C-level executives to gather requirements, present insights, and support strategic decision-making. Oversee: end-to-end business intelligence lifecycle, including data gathering, modeling, visualization, and performance tuning. Act: as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Analyze: trends, identify root causes of issues, and recommend actionable solutions across transportation, warehousing, and last-mile logistics functions. Manage: and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts. Partner: with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and system integration from multiple logistics and supply chain platforms. Establish: KPIs and develop performance tracking frameworks for 3PL partners and internal logistics teams. Drive: data governance, standardization, and quality control processes to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.
