Job description

Summary: Responsible for hauling FET tools from plant site to customer location. May treat customer wells. Handles special projects, as assigned. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Perform work in a professional and safe manner, report unsafe work practices - Safely and efficiently, operate a motor vehicle in compliance with Forum Energy Technologies polices as well as Federal and State Regulations. - Maintain driver logs in accordance with Federal regulations - Verify that all permits and other paperwork required to transport the load are received before departure - Report any delays due immediately to dispatch and customer. Delays could be experienced due to breakdowns, weather, or traffic conditions. - Turn in all expenses in a timely manner with any other requested reports and or paper work. - Report all incidents/ accidents immediately to dispatch - Meet all customer requirements when on their locations - Forklift certified preferred - Pulling and packing finished goods in warehouse when not on local deliveries - Perform occasional lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying small components - Couple and uncouple trailers from trucks - Load and unload trailers at facility and customer...
