Job Description: - Responsible for the technical management and supervision of the plant, ensuring and optimising the plant's energy production, availability and PR objectives - Planning and managing of the productive/preventive/corrective actions of the plant coordinating the different work teams to ensure continuity and efficiency of production - Guiding, delegating and communicating with subcontractor, local technicians and assistants - Verifying the fulfilment of tasks and plans. Evaluating objectives, observe and manage the resolution of possible deviations within the area of responsibility - Actively participate in the optimisation of the plant's procedures with improvement proposals focused on, for example, reducing costs or increasing productivity - Defining work procedures for all activities to be carried out to ensure the safety of operators as well as the safety of equipment and installations - Carrying out maintenance checklists that include th...
