Company Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate MEP Cost Manager to join our busy Real Estate team in Cambridge. You will play a key role in supporting a longstanding, high-profile account. Job Description: - Lead on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) deliverables within larger projects or manage direct MEP commissions, such as asset upgrade works. - Establish early budgets, provide early estimating, and develop cost plans. - Manage design teams to budget, oversee tendering and procurement (single and two-stage), and deliver post-contract reporting. - Mentor Assistant Cost Managers and Cost Managers within the MEP team. - Collaborate with contractors and MEP supply chains, ensuring robust and effective relationships. - Support the development of MEP digital systems and tools, and promote best practices within the business and wider MEP community.
