Consistency. Innovation. A Groundskeeper performs a variety of tasks to maintain property grounds and foliage to put our best foot forward in the minds of our guests and our employees. Routine maintenance of the site landscape and grounds is a contributing factor to the safety and satisfaction of both guests and employees. This job ensures the aesthetics and functionalities of property grounds are maintained to company standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Routinely maintains plants, foliage, flowers, and property grounds. - Operates ground equipment as needed. - Routinely inspects grounds to ensure property appearance is in accordance with company standards. - Assists with a variety of entry-level maintenance tasks as assigned. - Interacts with employees and guests including but not limited to answering questions and providing information about the local areas, hotel information, and general service interactions. - Other Duties as Assigned.
