The schedule — built for work-life balance This is a 10-day tour structured as two 96-hour working blocks with a 48-hour rest period in between. You choose your rotation: Option A — 10 on / 10 off Work a 10-day tour, take 10 days fully off. Half your life is yours. Ideal if you want consistent income and regular time home.
