Regional Manager (Multifamily Property Management) Chattanooga, TN / Knoxville, TN | Multi-Site Portfolio Brookside Properties Now Hiring: Regional Manager – Multifamily Portfolio (Chattanooga / Knoxville) Brookside Properties is actively seeking an experienced Regional Manager (Multifamily Property Management) to oversee a multi-site apartment portfolio across the Chattanooga and Knoxville markets . This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven Regional Manager with a proven track record in multifamily operations, occupancy growth, revenue performance, and team leadership . If you’re experienced in managing multiple communities and know how to drive NOI, leasing performance, and operational excellence , this role offers the ability to make a real impact.
