Overview: NiCE is seeking a Senior Public Relations Manager to lead US public relations strategy and execution , with the ultimate goal of increasing NiCE’s brand visibility and leadership position in the US market through a strategic mix of earned, owned, and paid media . This role owns day‑to‑day and long‑term PR efforts in the US, shaping how NiCE’s innovation, AI leadership, and customer experience vision are understood by media, analysts, customers, and industry influencers.
