Quality Engineer

Overview Element has an opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you are an essential member of the quality organization and responsible for the support and improvement of the quality management system (QMS). This includes the Element QMS, Prime approvals, improving First Time Right, maintaining and developing relationships with Aerospace Primes and customers and improving laboratory processes. The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, AS9100 and Nadcap requirements in relation to Non-Destructive Testing and calibration. Experience in relation to the Aerospace industry and Nadcap for Non-Destructive Testing would be desirable. In this role, you will have interaction with clients, Accreditation Bodies and Primes and will be responsible for advising operational colleagues of the importance of quality, accuracy and integrity in the provision of the inspection and testing services we provide.
