Req ID 85645 | CSS Lafayette Staff, United States ZF Active Safety and Electronics US LLC Job Description: About the team: The Laboratory Test Manager is a part of the global Test & Validation team responsible for the development and validation of ZF’s high technology electronic and hydraulic steering systems. This position will coordinate all aspects of testing within the laboratory and is ideal for the candidate with a broad engineering background, a keen mind for developing and executing structured processes, solid communication skills and who enjoys hands-on work in a laboratory setting. What you can look forward to as Laboratory Test Manager: - Manage all aspects of assigned T&V projects – Cost, Quality and Timing, review and distribute final T&V reports and confirm final archival - Convene committee for weekly review and approval of incoming lab requests.
