Can you bring your negotiation skills to our Sales team based in UK, where you can enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.: What you would do as our Regional Sales Manager (South England): As our Regional Sales Manager you will drive the growth of the HKC portfolio across your territory by developing and executing effective sales strategies that increase revenue and expand our customer base. You will be responsible for achieving net sales targets, generating new business, and delivering account activities on time and within budget. A key part of the role includes building strong customer loyalty while proactively gathering market intelligence to shape future sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. You would also: - Plan and implement the territory sales strategy in alignment with HKC Sales leadership to drive business growth. - Manage, develop and motivate key accounts while acquiring new installers and securing new business opportunities. - Achieve monthly, quarterly and year to date sales targets through consistent prospecting and timely follow up on all enquiries. - Gather and report market intelligence, monitor competi...
