POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the Landscape & Facilities Tech II performs advanced landscape maintenance and facility upkeep, supervises Landscape & Facilities Tech staff, and ensures all preventive maintenance and documentation are completed according to RJKCCC standards. QUALIFICATIONS: RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervisory & Administrative - Minimum of (3) years experience in landscaping, including turf and sprinkler control systems. - Minimum of (2) years experience in building cleaning, basic maintenance, and repair. - Must have and maintain a valid AZ state driver's license. - Must be at least 18 years old. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to carry out multiple tasks efficiently. - Service-oriented team player with...
