Job Title: Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator Job Description: The Role: Our site in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all daily shipping activities along with the timely completion of the corresponding shipping transactions. Y ou will work closely wi th carriers and logistics service providers to ensure schedules are executed timely and in compliance with US import/export regulations. In this role, you will work closely with individuals in other groups such as Production Planning, Quality, Shipping Operations & Customer Service to effectively meet customer and Entegris shipping requirements and expectations. What You’ll Do: Book, schedule and coordinate weekly shipments with carriers or freight forwarders and communicate schedules timely . Create shipping order packets and corresponding shipping documents for all shipments with accuracy . Ensur e timely preparation of all documentation based on the shipping schedule for the day and complete transactions in SAP to meet on time shipment standards .
