You will contribute to testing and quality assurance processes. Act as an interface between the business/users and software engineering teams or third-party system providers, define requirements and contribute to the delivery of solutions for, and together with, the business. Ensure the quality of deliveries and that business expectations are realized, and provide general support to the business. Ensure continuity by documenting, training and sharing knowledge with business and other IT member of the organization.
