Promotes compliance of assigned clinical departments in collaboration with department managers and directors and under the direction of the Ambulatory Nursing Manager/Director. Educates Clinic Staff of regulatory standards and is responsible for clinic and staff development. Provides leadership and coordination for improving the organization's safe practice and evaluates the impact that systems improvements have on the patients and employees.
