What We're Looking For: We’re seeking a Bridge Regional Operations Lead to help lead and grow our Western Region bridge practice, based in Phoenix, AZ. This is a high impact leadership role for a seasoned bridge professional who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence, operational strategy, and people leadership. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Regional Bridge Practice Lead and Regional Director to drive operational excellence, resource strategy, and project performance across bridge and bridge heavy multidisciplinary programs. You’ll remain hands on with marquee projects while influencing how work is delivered across the region.
