Under the direction of the Safety Manager, the Safety Specialist will be responsible for continuing to grow and enhance our corporate safety culture through education, hazard identification and risk reduction. Qualifications: Education: Certifications/Licenses: Experience: - Training - Under the direction of the Safety Manager and in collaboration with others responsible for company training, this position leads all aspects of safety related training for our employees and on-site contractors and guests. This includes but is not limited to: - Develops training curriculum and content within the company’s Learning Management System - Delivers New Employee Orientation and Onboarding training - Delivers required refresher training or facilitates required training through outside subject matter experts/trainers. - Delivers other suppl...
