Direct Care Supervisor | Part Time Department: Assisted Living: Employment Type: Part Time: Location: Chelsea, MI: Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour Description: Schedule: Part-Time | 24 hours per week | 6:00PM-6:30AM | No Scheduling Mandation Shift Premiums: 2:30pm - 10:30pm $ 1.90 | 10:31pm - 7:00am $ 1.35 | Weekend (Fri 10:31pm - Sun 11:00pm) $ 1.00 Department: Glazier Commons-Assisted Living | Chelsea Retirement Community | Chelsea, MI What You'll Do in This Role: As a Direct Care Supervisor , you'll guide and support caregivers, ensuring our residents receive the compassionate care they deserve. In this role, you’ll be a key resource for your team, providing mentorship, problem-solving, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Support – Supervise caregivers in performing daily living activities based on individualized service plans (ISPs).
