About the Role: The Project Officer, Workforce and Training will support the coordination of workforce and training programs, including the rollout of the First Nations Health Worker Traineeship Program. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders including ACCHOs, ACCRTOs and Affiliates, and provide high-quality administrative and project support to ensure program deliverables are achieved on time and to standard. Key responsibilities include: - Communicate and collaborate with program stakeholders - Provide project, grant, and administrative support - Follow NACCHO processes and maintain quality outputs - Support program reporting, data entry, and governance activities - Work both independently and collaboratively in a small, professional team About You: You will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce development.
