Promote a positive work environment that encourages engagement, motivation, and productivity. Manage and execute La Farm’s human resource system which includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff. Identify staff goals and objectives, set clear expectations and monitor. Partner with HR to address people issues.
