JOB PURPOSE: As part of the HR L&D HQ area and Onboarding & eLearning team, the candidate will contribute and support the design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of learning and onboarding programs to improve individual, team, organizational performance and motivation. RESPONSIBILITIES: In collaboration with the HR Learning & Development Industrial, Strategy and Innovation Manager, contribute to: - Assess both team and individual learning needs - Take care of the global onboarding & mandatory training processes - Design, implement & deliver learning programs and events, directly or coordinating third parties, including on-boarding programs, eLearning paths, live webinars and courses on managerial, behavioral, cultural and technical topics - Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through KPIs, analyze data and elaborate new projects proposal - Work effective...
