Job description

Position Summary The Superintendent is responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities for assigned construction projects. This includes overseeing subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of construction field operations and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Field Supervision & Execution: - Manage day-to-day job site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity. - Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field labor. - Enforce adherence to project drawings, specifications, and quality expectations. Schedule Management: - Assist the project team in developing and maintaining the construction schedule. - Monitor daily progress and implement adjustments to stay on track. - Communicate scheduling needs and conflicts to the Project Manager.
