Job Description Montgomery College, Rockville and Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campuses, have immediate needs for a FT Operations and Maintenance Lead s. The work schedule is 5 days/40 hours a week. The Takoma Park/Silver Spring position is Monday – Friday from 6:30am to 3pm . The Rockville position is Monday - Friday 2:30pm to 11pm. This is a non-bargaining, non-exempt, grade 27 position. For non-exempt positions, you are not eligible to work a secondary job at Montgomery College. FT Operations and Maintenance Leads are responsible for leading and performing work associated with the effective and efficient operation, maintenance and repair of mechanical and building heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC).
