Director of Supply Chain Solutions Role Summary Our client is searching for a Director of Supply Chain Solutions. The Director of Supply Chain Solutions leads the development and execution of customer supply chain solutions across the company’s profile. This role is responsible for designing scalable and profitable logistics solutions while supporting the company’s growth strategy and customer value proposition. The Director partners closely with Sales, Operations, Carrier Procurement, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success teams to design and implement complex transportation and supply chain solutions for new and existing customers. This position also leads the development of the company’s internal solutions capability, including solution design processes, pricing frameworks, and customer onboarding methodologies. The Director ensures that newly developed customer solutions are successfully implemented and transitioned to Account Management teams for long-term operational management.
