Job description
As a Change & Experience Manager at Deloitte, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and driving transformation priorities across the firm, aligned to Deloitte’s strategy. Working alongside Partners, senior leaders, and the Communications team, you’ll help align priorities, anticipate impacts, and drive adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives that shape the future of Deloitte. What will your typical day look like? You’ll partner with senior leaders to clarify and support the adoption of transformation programs, translating diverse perspectives into aligned action. Drawing on your understanding of culture and behaviours, you’ll reinforce desired ways of working and design the interventions to bridge the gap. Your strong communication skills will help you develop clear, executive-ready messages that surface risks, frame options, and support informed decision-making. You’ll strengthen governance and delivery cadence, aligning stakeholders on accountabilities, tracking progress and measuring impact across complex initiatives.
