Job description

Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated leader who enjoys working outdoors to support our residential/commercial tree care crews in the Hampton Roads, VA area. The Foreperson leads their crew(s) to complete daily tasks related to residential/commercial tree care services. This includes tree removals, pruning, stump grinding, storm remediation, and debris removal. This is a Working Foreperson position that also oversees crew safety and productivity as well as completing all time submissions and required documentation. The position interacts directly with customers to ensure a full understanding of the work being performed and to secure total customer satisfaction upon completion. This is a full-time role with benefits.
