Title : Division Manager Type : Full-Time/Exempt Reports to : Regional Manager Please include a resume and cover letter when applying. Responsibilities : Work with other WTS management to establish overall objectives regarding sales, production, profits, quality, staff development, monitor progress and ensure achievement. Develop divisional budgets and operate within them. Make recommendations for equipment or other asset purchases based upon targeted goals and operational needs. Perpetuate employee compliance with and understanding of all WTS policies and procedures. Ensure all managers within the division have authority needed to carry out their assigned duties and achieve established goals. Establish and promote contacts with appropriate local and state agencies, associations, and other prospective customers, to obtain work for the division/company and to enhance good public relations. Keep abreast of competition, area growth trends, market studies and other circumstances of possible impact on regional operations.
