Director of Retail & Specialty Pharmacy Services - ( 2600714 ) Description Summary: The Director of Retail and Specialty Pharmacy Services provides enterprise ‑ wide leadership and accountability for UTMB’s retail community pharmacies and specialty pharmacy programs, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and patient ‑ centered medication access across all sites of care. The Director is responsible for multi ‑ site strategy and operations, accreditation and regulatory compliance, financial performance, growth, payer and network enablement in partnership with Managed Care, and seamless integration with Medication Access, Infusion, and Clinical Services. The role advances capture, adherence, and outcomes through data ‑ driven performance management, exceptional service, and scalable operating standards. Scope: UTMB Hospitals and Clinics across the UTMB Health System; UTMB retail community pharmacies, mail ‑ delivery/central fill (if applicable), and specialty pharmacy services (onsite and/or centralized).
