Senior Assembly Associate / Assembly Line Caption 1st Shift Hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM M-F or until work is completed (hours may vary based on business needs) What Assembly contributes to Cardinal Health Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment. Assembly performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production to put together component parts to make assemblies, sub-assemblies or completed units, using standard operating procedures. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Job Summary: The Senior Assembly Associate works on the manufacturing production line and is responsible for the successful assembly of products using commonly used concepts, processes and procedures. This job serves as the Team Captain and ensures that the line is meeting all necessary production, safety and quality requirements.
