Description BRANCH MANAGER Reports To: COO Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of branch operations. This role ensures financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development aligning with Palmer's mission and values. The Branch Manager plays a critical role in driving growth across vehicle sales, parts, service, and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Operational & Financial Leadership: - Own and drive overall branch profitability and departmental performance (Sales, Parts, Service, and Administrative). - Analyze branch financials and take actions to achieve goals. - Develop and manage branch operating and capital budgets. - Oversee facilities, equipment, and inventory management.
