Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintains the safe operation and maintenance of building facilities and has a proven competency in three of the following areas; electrical/wiring, mechanical/HVAC systems, plumbing/pipefitting or pneumatic tube station repairs. Is responsible for operating and maintaining specific equipment, conducting surveys and inventories, performing preventive maintenance activities, responding to customer complaints, and repairing equipment. Repairs and adjusts doors, windows, closures, panic devices and locks. Patches holes, installs escutcheons, repairs ceiling and floor tile as needed to maintain building appearance. Makes minor masonry and wood repairs. Installs pictures, coat hooks, other wall hung furnishings, and equipment as requested. Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, schematics and written technical documents of general machineries to locate area of trouble and complete repairs accurately.
