About the role: As an Employer Solutions Officer (ESO) , you’ll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of employer clients, providing high‑quality customer service and administration support . This is a highly collaborative, entry‑level role ideal for someone with a strong customer service or telephony support background who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and delivering a great customer experience.
