Regional IT Manager

How you make a difference As the Regional IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all IT activities within the region. This includes analyzing business challenges, collaborating with the Regional and Corporate IT teams to design and implement effective solutions, and providing necessary reports and information to support the region. You will also lead the Regional IT Team in supporting IT infrastructure and devices, establishing standard operating processes, and acting as a liaison between the client and Corporate IT to ensure efficient and standardized implementation and support of solutions. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience: - 7 years of experience in information systems. - Including 2 years of leadership experience in managing people or projects. - Familiarity with the IT Support processes and software applications. Experience with networking and equipment is a plus. - Experience with Reporting methods and tools such as SQL Server Reporting Studio, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence tools. - Report development experience is a plus - Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills - Stron...
