SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Lead to join our in-house team specializing in apartment interior remodeling. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in renovations, remodeling, or property maintenance who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Each day presents unique challenges, requiring the ability to prioritize, multitask, think strategically, take initiative, and adapt to diverse tasks. Whether you have 3-4 years of direct remodeling experience or 5-7 years in property maintenance, this is an excellent opportunity to expand your leadership skills in a stable yet rapidly growing company. This is a REMOTE role that must ideally reside in Honolulu, HI or the surrounding metroplex.
