Come join our Flock!: Job Description: Reports To: Steward Supervisor, Sous Chef Profile: The Kitchen Steward position provides the support and backbone necessary to make the kitchen run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. While the position's primary focus is cleaning serving ware, glass, flatware, pots and pans, also it is important that the position removes and organizes trash and recycling, and cleans the kitchen floors, shelving and equipment. Specific Responsibilities: - Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shift. - Breaks machine down properly in order to thoroughly clean all parts. - Changes water in machine and cleans all debris baskets once an hour. - Keeps all chemicals full during service so machines are cleaning properly. - Informs supervisors if low on soap products (solid power, solid brilliance, silver fusion)...
