STV is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Heavy Industrial Sector for their Construction Management group in southern Rhode Island and South Eastern Connecticut. We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with a history of experience representing owner’s on capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations and additions. The successful candidate will assume a role in our PM/CM division managing and supporting Capital Program Management/Owners Representative assignments. . In this role the Assistant Project Manager will work with the team to manage all phases of the project life cycle including but not limited to budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move management planning and close out services. Possible weekend assignments during construction as needed.
