Job Summary: Performs the duties of onboarding new business to Orgill. Activities to include execution of the conversion process for assigned accounts as well as organizes and manages the development and implementation of New Store projects. Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinates and manages the conversion of key accounts as assigned by the Director of Dealer Conversions. - Manages third party labor to complete project conversions. - Organizes and directs the development and/or implementation of New Store projects as assigned by the Director of Dealer Conversions. - Collaborates and assists their peers on large-scale projects that mandate multiple Retail Development Managers for execution - Assists in the sale of “Smart Start” vendor conversions. - Engage with the respective Business Development Manager, District Manager, and Sales Representatives to determine conversion opportunities. - Identify and sell if necessary Orgill’s retail service programs. - Other duties as assigned.
