Costa Taco is on the hunt for a passionate and reliable Cook / Kitchen Team Member to join our crew. We serve authentic Mexican food with traditional flavours and are on a mission to create a new experience in Mexican hospitality! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in every plate, Your Role: - Complete daily opening and closing procedures - Assist with stocktake and prep list planning - Prepare food to Costa Taco standards — fast, fresh, consistent - Maintain a clean and organised kitchen throughout your shift - Restock service stations (grill, pass, bain-marie) as needed - Follow food safety protocols — temp logs, sanitising, HACCP - Monitor and record food wastage - Support inventory and stock rotation procedures - Contribute to smooth lunch and dinner service operations - Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with the team What You Bring: - Kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person. - Strong attention to detail, speed, initiative, and cleanliness. - Passion for food and consistency. - Team player with a positive attitude and work ethic. - Flexibility to work across lunch and dinner service. - Ability to wo...
