The Role: 📍 Santa Monica, CA | Hybrid (approximately 50% in-office, 2–3 days per week) We’re hiring a Senior Accountant (Accounting Operations)—a strong technical accountant who wants to expand into systems, process improvement, and operational impact. This role is roughly 75% accounting, 25% operations. You’ll own key areas of the close while helping redesign workflows, drive automation, and modernize how accounting operates.
