JOB SUMMARY: Western Aircraft is hiring A&P Aircraft Maintenance Technicians responsible for inspecting, testing, maintaining, and servicing of aircraft using test equipment and hand tools, as needed, to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (minimum 40 hours per week) OR: Friday/Saturday/Sunday (three 12-hour shifts, compensated for 40 hours) SIGN-ON BONUS: Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus / relocation incentive available depending on experience. Duties & Responsibilities: - Performs routine maintenance and inspections on general aviation aircraft - Ensures proper care of customer property through all phases of work - Accurately completes required paperwork and work order details in Corridor - Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal toolbox - Understands and follows safety procedures and utilizes support equipment in a safe manner to accomplish work Qualifications & Job Requirements: Experience: - Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with general aviation airframes supported by Western Aircraft - Advanced troubleshooting abilities - Broad knowledge of aircraft systems - Able to work overtim...
