Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead multiple client engagements, manage internal teams, and deliver smart, strategic finance solutions. You’ll be at the intersection of accounting, leadership, and client service—making a real impact every day. Salary Range - $90,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) WHAT YOU’LL DO: FINANCE & OPS - Manage ledgers, budgets, and financial systems—always GAAP-compliant. - Own the monthly close, audit prep, and variance analysis. - Forecast cash flow and monitor investments. - Oversee grant and project accounting for nonprofits and mission-driven clients. - Ensure accurate reporting and compliance (taxes, filings, etc.). - Supervise and support finance team members. COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION: - Deliver clear, timely financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders. - Support board and audit committee reporting. - Work closely with clients' leadership to set up strong financial systems. - Simplify complex financial data for non-finance staff.
