Job Purpose The Shift Lead is more than a team member—they are the guides on our guests’ wellness journeys. They lead by example, creating vibrant in-store experiences, driving results through confident selling, and fostering a community of warmth, care, and connection. Whether they’re preparing a Freeze, sampling juices, or mentoring a new team member, you bring our mission to life with every shift. Essential Functions: Guest Experience & Sales: - Deliver an exceptional, friendly guest experience (warm welcome, and gracious goodbyes). - Engage guests with product sampling and passionate storytelling about our ingredients and benefits. - Drive sales by actively recommending products and enrolling new members in our loyalty programs. - Role model elevated service and teamwork to exceed sales goals. - Follow Mystery Shop guidelines to ensure your store reaches 100%. Team Support: - Support and guide fellow team members throughout the shift. - Help onboard and train new team members by modeling Pressed standards. - Model a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.
