Summary The Department of Medicine is actively seeking a dynamic and analytically driven individual to join our team as a Business Strategy and Development Associate. In this role, the Associate will play a key role in shaping the department’s strategic direction and advancing initiatives that support both new and existing programs. Working closely with departmental leadership and key internal and external stakeholders, the Associate will contribute to the development, evaluation, and execution of strategic plans designed to drive sustainable revenue growth, enhance operational performance, and expand the department’s clinical and academic footprint. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and business acumen, and will be expected to identify growth opportunities, support business case development, and help translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
