Role Overview: This field-based role reports to Regional Managers and involves running care homes in the absence of the Home Manager or Deputy, or providing support as needed. You'll ensure the highest quality care standards, oversee medication administration per Greensleeves policy, conduct head office visits, liaise with healthcare professionals and local authorities, and support recruitment, care planning, staff training, and compliance with CQC regulations.
