We are currently seeking 2 Maintenance Technicians! - One position is for Mineral Springs Mobile Home Park located at 413 Stoney Creek Circle, Durham, NC 27703 and Horseshoe Mobile Home Park located at 5807 Horseshoe Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603 . - The other position is for Indian Creek Mobile Home Park located at 1113 Indian Creek Trail, Garner, NC 27529.
